Delivery Areas
We currently ship within South Africa only. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard estimates.
Shipping Methods
Orders are dispatched via courier service. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier capacity, and unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, customs processing, or courier service disruptions.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
 • Major cities: 2–5 business days
 • Regional areas: 5–7 business days
 • Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is R120 per order..Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as advertised.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if you do not collect or accept the parcel within the courier's holding period, the order will not be eligible for refund. Redelivery fees apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items. We will assess and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
