Products
All products are sourced as parallel imports. We rely on supplier representations regarding origin and quality. Packaging, labeling, and batch codes may vary or differ from local retail versions.
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation with a full refund.
Orders
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or dissatisfaction with how a fragrance performs. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
